Discipleship School and SWAN 12
Responding to the call of our Lord Jesus Christ, as revealed in the book of Matthew 28, verses 19-20, the church plays an essential role in disciple formation, and SWAN is no exception.
Inspired by the model of Jesus, the SWAN ministry has actively engaged in teaching and training leaders. It has established a discipleship school, a remarkable initiative that offers a three-year training program. This school aims to equip participants with in-depth knowledge of Scriptures, practical leadership skills, and a profound understanding of SWAN's mission. Emerging leaders are thus prepared to guide with wisdom and conviction.
As for SWAN 12, it represents the strategic tool for winning, equipping, and training disciples. It consists of a carefully selected group of 12 individuals working in unity of faith to advance the kingdom. SWAN 12 functions as a strong team, bringing diverse skills and perspectives while cultivating close relationships and a deep commitment to SWAN's mission.
