On the occasion of SWAN Ministries’ 5th anniversary, Prophetess Madeleine Kiala delivered a powerful message based on Revelation 4:1–3, where John sees an open door in heaven and hears a voice saying to him: “Come up here, and I will show you things which must take place after this.” This passage becomes a prophetic invitation for SWAN to enter a new dimension. In the message, the number five is associated with grace, favor, and the goodness of God, marking the beginning of a new season. Just as the five loaves placed in Jesus’ hands became enough to feed a multitude, God is able to take what seems small and limited and transform it into abundance. After five years of walking with God, the Lord is calling His people not to remain at the same level, but to recognize that an open door now stands before them.
This open door first reminds us of what Jesus Christ accomplished on the cross. When Jesus declared that it was finished, the veil that separated humanity from the presence of God was torn. What had once been inaccessible became accessible: we can now approach God ourselves. We do not need a human intermediary to enter His presence, speak with the Father, commune with the Son, and live in fellowship with the Holy Spirit. The cross opened the way to the throne. It also wiped away the record that stood against us and disarmed principalities and powers. Therefore, we are no longer called to live as people who are rejected or condemned, but as a redeemed people who have free access to the presence of God. The door is open; we must now choose to enter.
This is why the second word spoken to John is so important: “Come up here.” God does not simply want to open a door; He is inviting us to move to a new level in our relationship with Him. Peter had to step out of the boat in order to walk on the water: he had to place his foot where, humanly speaking, it was impossible to walk. In the same way, there are dimensions of God that we cannot experience while remaining in our comfort zone. Becoming a Christian is the beginning, but God is calling us further, into true discipleship and into the supernatural. For SWAN, this fifth anniversary therefore represents a call to rise higher, to draw closer to God, and to approach the throne of grace with confidence. If God says, “Come up here,” it is because He wants to show us something that we cannot see from the level where we currently stand.
