Entrepreneurship Seminar – Part 1

First session of the Entrepreneurship Seminar

As part of the entrepreneurship seminar, Apostle Michael Ipoli Felho shared an inspiring vision connecting entrepreneurship to the divine mission of the Church. His message highlighted a new perspective in which the Church is no longer limited to being only a “house of prayer,” but also becomes a “house of gold” — a place where creativity, prosperity, and service to the nations come to life. Through this message, he demonstrated that entrepreneurship can become a powerful spiritual, economic, and social instrument when it is built upon God’s principles.

The apostle reminded the audience that human beings were created in the image of God, carrying within them the ability to create, innovate, and build. According to him, entrepreneurship is not merely a professional or financial activity, but the fulfillment of the creative mandate given to humanity from the very beginning. This understanding restores a spiritual dimension to business: building an enterprise becomes a way of manifesting God’s wisdom, creativity, and authority on the earth.

The message also emphasized the prophetic and apostolic role of the Christian entrepreneur. By building businesses and developing projects, believers participate in the conquest of economic territories and in the advancement of the Kingdom of God. Entrepreneurship then becomes a means of opening doors, creating opportunities, and providing practical solutions to the needs of communities. The apostle insisted that prosperity can serve the mission of the Gospel when it is used wisely and with a spirit of service.

Five essential pillars were presented as the foundation of entrepreneurial success.
  • The first is developing a strong mindset, where perseverance and discipline make it possible to overcome challenges.
  • The second is moving from ideas to execution, because dreams produce no results without concrete action.
  • The third pillar concerns sound financial management: an unhealthy relationship with money can destroy even the best businesses.
  • The fourth highlights the power of networking, mentorship, and strategic relationships, reminding us that no entrepreneur succeeds alone.
  • Finally, the fifth pillar stresses the importance of excellence and added value, since the quality of a product or service builds reputation and naturally attracts customers.

The apostle also encouraged participants to cultivate their creativity and capacity for innovation. According to him, pioneers are often those who can identify a simple need and provide an original solution. Even with limited resources, it is possible to create value and make a significant impact when one dares to move beyond traditional models. This God-inspired creativity then becomes a driving force for transformation within families, businesses, and communities.

Another central aspect of the message focused on the concept of seed and investment. The apostle explained that a seed represents an act of faith that produces multiplication, unlike a mindset driven by fear or mere accumulation. He encouraged everyone to invest, even modestly, in projects filled with vision and growth potential, believing that God can transform a small seed into an abundant blessing for future generations.

In conclusion, Apostle Michael Ipoli Felho made a strong call to immediate action. Every person is invited to discern the needs around them, use the gifts God has placed within them, and take a first concrete step toward fulfilling their vision. His message reminds us that entrepreneurship, when rooted in faith, becomes far more than a pursuit of personal success: it becomes an instrument of impact, transformation, and blessing for families, communities, and nations. May this message inspire everyone to courageously develop the projects God has placed in their hearts and to become true pioneers of change and hope.
