Testimony Service - The key to your victory.
Introduction
Today, we gathered to celebrate a special day, a day that the devil dreads. It is an opportunity to share powerful testimonies and reflect on the Word of God. In a world where reality can sometimes seem overwhelming, it is crucial to remember that God's truth about our lives is what sets us free and guides us. The pastor reminds us of the importance of declaring this truth every day, taking responsibility for our faith, and acting accordingly. Through the lived experiences and testimonies of those who have experienced God's hand, we will explore how our commitment to God can transform our lives.
Testimonies
1)Brother Plenny testifies to God's faithfulness in his family, stating that, following a prayer based on Joshua 24:15, all members of his family, including cousins in Burundi, have begun to serve the Lord. He emphasizes that some, previously Catholic, have decided to follow Christ after witnessing the transformations in their lives. Plenny expresses his gratitude to God for these changes and thanks the man of God for his support.
2)Sister Elichèva testifies that after experiencing stomach pains on December 1, 2024, her mother prayed for her, which provided temporary relief. She then prayed for her own healing, and the next morning, she woke up completely healed. She thanks the Lord for her healing and Prophet Cyril for his teachings that strengthen her faith.
3)Brother Daquin testifies about how God acted in his life by allowing him to obtain a job in an English-speaking organization in Ottawa. After applying, he was surprised to learn that the organization was looking for people who shared Christian values. He was hired, and on his first day, he discovered that he was the only one who spoke French, which allowed him to help French-speaking families. He gives glory to God for this opportunity.
4)Sister Pénélope testifies about her immigration process. As she was approaching the end of her visa, she submitted a request for an extension with the help of a colleague who was familiar with the process. Despite some complications, she managed to submit her application on Saturday morning. The next day, she received an email informing her that her request had been accepted for several months. Pénélope expresses her gratitude to God for His faithfulness and for the people who helped her throughout this process.
5)Sister Keesha testifies about God's love after a difficult week where she felt distant from Him. While crying in front of her altar, she pleaded with God to send her a sign. She then noticed a pen that said "Keep Going, Keep Growing," which she interpreted as a message from God reminding her that He is always by her side, no matter the difficulties. She realizes that every trial is an opportunity to grow in her faith and learn new lessons. She expresses her gratitude for the teachings received and for God's love and patience towards her.
6)Sister Bélicia testifies about her experience with fasting, which she initially disliked, viewing it as a punishment. However, after being corrected by the prophet regarding an attitude she had, she was inspired by the Holy Spirit to fast three times a week, on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. She began this fast in the third week of October and completed it at the end of November, missing only one day. Bélicia gives glory to God for the strength she received to fast and for the extraordinary experiences she had during this time. She emphasizes the importance of prayer and fasting in her spiritual life and also thanks the man of God for his support.
7)Sister Vanessa testifies about the problems she encountered with her new car, which turned out to be a public danger. After consulting an expert and contacting her insurance, she learned that it was a hidden defect. By sharing a dream with Prophet Cyril, she was advised to part ways with this vehicle. During a meeting with the dealership, the director offered to buy back her car and allow her to choose a new vehicle at no extra cost. Despite some complications, everything eventually worked out, and she received her new car with the registration fees waived. She gives glory to God for this intervention and thanks the prophet for his support.
8)Brother Fred Clovis testifies about his journey to become a senator at the University of Ottawa. After seeing an announcement for this prestigious position, he decided to run for the campaign, supported by the prophetic word from his father who assured him that he would be elected. However, after losing the first elections, he felt frustration and realized that he had acted for his own glory rather than for God's. Following a conversation with his spiritual father, he learned to work for God's glory. In the subsequent elections, he prayed and proclaimed the elimination of any adversary. Surprisingly, he received unexpected support and was ultimately elected senator for the year 2025, thus testifying to God's faithfulness in his life.
Conclusion
This message calls us to be active participants in our faith, to declare God's truth over our lives, and to live responsibly. The testimonies we heard today illustrate the power of active faith and the impact it can have on our daily lives. May each of us take to heart the invitation to fully engage in our walk with God, not to settle for waiting for miracles, but to provoke them through our declarations and actions. By doing so, we will see God's glory manifest in our lives and in the lives of those around us. Amen.
