This Sunday, September 24, 2023, the man of God displayed divine wisdom and the revelation of the word to provide enlightened answers to people's questions and interrogations on the theme of "Leadership and spiritual affiliation".

Prophet Cyrille BANKOLE, answered several questions from the members about leadership and spiritual affiliation in the Church. What is the role of leadership? What are the characteristics of a leader? What is the place of the spiritual father and is he essential to life and salvation? ...To mention just a few.

It was a moment of grace where God showed himself with power, wisdom, and authority.

Spiritual leadership is related to our destiny.

God raises up leaders to lead us into our destiny. Moses was one of them.

Spiritual affiliation is linked to transmission and imitation.

The goal is to perpetuate the spiritual inheritance.

Even Jesus came from a lineage (son of Abraham by faith, and son of David by royalty).

Leadership and biblical affiliation manifest themselves in the form of fatherhood and mentoring.

The apostle Paul, Elijah and Moses were fathers to many, guiding them in their destiny.

A father is different from a mentor.

We can benefit from the graces of several leaders or mentors, but God associates us with a single father.

We can call a pastor or shepherd a spiritual father or "dad".

Jesus rebuked the Pharisees for calling people "father" because those who liked to be called "father" did not imitate the model of God who is the source of all fathers.

You can't choose your spiritual father.

Only a spiritual encounter (a dream, breakthroughs) can determine who our spiritual father is.

A radical change takes place in our life when we meet him.

Having a father is not a condition for going to heaven.

Rather, it is an advantage for living a successful life.

If you have a father, you have points of reference and those who have points of reference avoid life's blunders.
