On this 3rd Sunday of April, the glory of God was once again manifested. The man of God, the prophet Cyrille Bankole, brought a fundamental revelation from the Word for every believer. Do you understand the power of the cross in your life?

He compared the husband to Christ and the wife to the Church based on the passage from Ephesians 5:22-25. Just as the man is the head of the woman, Christ is the head of the Church.

In Genesis we learn that the woman, Eve, was taken from the rib of the man, Adam. She came out of him. It's a mystery! But Adam and Eve were corruptible, so God sent his son Jesus into the world as an incorruptible seed.

In John 19:28-34 we see that the Church is birthed from Christ:

V30: She was born from “It is finished”. She has total victory over all authority, principality, disease, and oppression.

V34: She was born from the pierced side of Christ where water and blood flowed. Something similar from what happens at birth.

Jesus is never indifferent to those who attack his children, because we are the bride of Christ, and he loves us with a deep love that led him to die for us.

Child of God, why are you afraid? Why are you anxious?

You and Christ are one, Christ is in you. Your presence makes the demons shudder, because it is not your physical appearance that they see but Christ in you. You cannot sit with Christ and fear demons.

After this message, the man of God immediately went into action, demonstrating the manifestation of the power of God. The Lord has manifested Himself in deliverances and healings.

Let us pray and declare this week:

I was born of Christ who accomplished EVERYTHING for me on the cross, this is why I rest and rejoice in Him.

I have victory over illness, oppression, and any situation that comes my way – I will fear nothing!

No situation that comes before me can scare me or carry me away in the name of Jesus.
